MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING
Silicone is the material direction in the existing range. Confirm the requested grade, contact medium, cleaning conditions and any food-contact documentation needed for the destination market.
The range covers unreinforced tubing, polyester braid, four-ply textile reinforcement, stainless-steel helix and combined helix-and-braid constructions. Seals and solid or sponge extruded profiles can be reviewed from drawings or samples. Confirm the reinforcement, cross-section, ends, color and sample approval basis before production.
QUALITY & DELIVERY
Agree the dimensions, appearance and fit points to review. Any pressure, vacuum or application testing must have an agreed method, acceptance basis and responsible party.
Specify required material and food-contact evidence at the enquiry stage. A category name does not establish that every item holds a particular certification; document availability must be confirmed for the selected product.
Confirm requirements for end protection, cleanliness, coiling or cut lengths, labeling and export packing before dispatch arrangements are agreed.
