The starting point is the application: working conditions, dimensions, interfaces and the features that matter most. A drawing or sample helps clarify the requirement; questions about material or performance need to be resolved before comparing quotations.
Material choice and production method influence the suitability of a supplier. The review considers the relevant process, tooling needs and the balance between sample development and repeat production. A proposed alternative needs a clear explanation of what changes and why.
Compare the same specification, quantity, finish and packaging basis. Sampling, tooling, lead-time assumptions and any exclusions should be clear, giving the customer a practical basis for choosing a manufacturing route.

02 / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Development depends on keeping technical requirements and customer feedback connected. UYEE coordinates communication between the customer and manufacturer so that questions, sample feedback and changes lead towards a clear production basis.
Review the intended use alongside material, dimensions, finish and assembly requirements. Where the manufacturer proposes a different material or process, the implications need to be explained and agreed before the change becomes part of the specification.
A sample should answer specific questions about fit, appearance or the agreed application. Feedback is most useful when it identifies the feature, the difference from the requirement and the requested change. Test arrangements depend on the project.
The sample, drawing and specification should describe the same agreed product. Revision references, accepted changes and outstanding points help avoid conflicting instructions when moving from development into an order.

03 / QUALITY COORDINATION
Quality coordination starts with agreement on what matters to the product. UYEE connects the customer’s requirements with the manufacturer’s proposed checks, helping both parties understand the inspection scope, acceptance basis and points that need follow-up.
Dimensions, material identification, appearance, assembly fit and packaging can each affect acceptance. The relevant checks should reflect the actual product and application, with acceptance criteria clarified before production rather than left to interpretation.
Inspection stages, methods, sampling and reporting need a defined scope. Photographs, measurement records or material documents may be requested where relevant. Independent testing or on-site inspection requires a separate, project-specific arrangement.
If a discrepancy is reported, UYEE is the coordinating contact between customer and manufacturer. Product references, photographs and the affected quantity help establish the issue. The proposed action and any further checks need agreement between the relevant parties.

04 / DELIVERY COORDINATION
The supply task extends beyond the product itself. UYEE coordinates production communication, packaging requirements and export arrangements around the confirmed order, keeping the information needed for delivery connected across the parties involved.
The order quantity, specification, required date and agreed milestones provide the common reference. If a change affects timing or scope, its implications need to be discussed so the customer can evaluate the next step.
Packaging should reflect the product’s handling and transport needs. Quantity per pack, labels, surface protection and any customer-specific instructions need to be communicated as part of the order rather than treated as a final detail.
Delivery coordination brings together the agreed destination, shipment arrangement and relevant order documents. Questions about quantities, packaging or received goods can be raised through UYEE for review with the parties involved.
